Overview

Resource Innovations is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our Residential Energy Efficiency Programs on our growing team in Chicago. In this role, you will assist in managing project tasks, helping ensure the seamless delivery of work and coordinating closely with our marketing and outreach teams to execute marketing plans and campaigns that reach diverse customer groups.

In Short

• Track and manage marketing projects using tools like Wrike or Smartsheet.
• Create and manage marketing materials and customer-facing content.
• Collaborate closely with program managers, clients, contractors, and community partners.
• Support communications across the full customer experience.
• Assist in virtual and in-person meetings and events.
• Maintain timelines and flag risks in project management.
• Translate ideas and feedback into actionable plans.
• Prepare materials for events and manage communications.
• Contribute to outreach tools and customer communications.
