• Support and maintain traffic management, simulation and training systems.
• Provide remote support and attend site as required.
• Maintain monitoring solutions for environments and customer applications.
• Work within specified service level agreements.
• Support innovation and advise on new technologies.
• Engage with internal teams on technical solutions.
• Document issues, requests, and solutions within ITSM.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Act as a mentor to develop technical colleagues.
• Identify process improvements within the directorate.

Requirements

• Experience in systems providing essential business services.
• Ability to understand complex technical implementations.
• Strong communication skills with customers and technical staff.
• Able to interpret safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Experience with ITSM systems.
