Overview

The Vice President of SAP Sales & Go-to-Market Transformation is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and execution of Resolve Tech Solutions’ SAP business, overseeing pipeline development, revenue generation, partner alignment, and team leadership across the SAP portfolio.

  • Manage and grow the SAP sales and pre-sales team.
  • Strengthen relationships with SAP America and regional stakeholders.
  • Expand RTS's SAP business into a larger share of the ERP modernization portfolio.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners on joint SAP pursuits.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand SAP footprints.
  • Define a compelling SAP value proposition across services.
  • Engage internal and advisory teams for strategic sales approaches.
  • Drive transformation-led engagements and process assessments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or consulting experience.
  • Strong track record in SAP business development.
  • Experience with complex SAP solutions, including S/4HANA.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead revenue-producing teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP ecosystem incentives and funding programs.
  • Experience working with public sector entities.
  • Background in building or transforming GTM organizations.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent business leadership experience.
