Overview

As a front-line Brand Ambassador, you will represent the Resideo Brand within Security, Comfort, and Connected Home Distributor accounts, fostering client satisfaction through outstanding customer service.

In Short

• Develop knowledge of Resideo-branded products.
• Visit channel partner locations to merchandise products.
• Engage with product installers and distributors.
• Create and execute in-store trainings.
• Support product campaign management through social media.
• Drive product sales through effective training and communication.
• Attend external events to educate customers.
• Maintain customer reporting and visit information.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Valid driver's license and pass MVR check.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
