Resident is seeking a high-energy Customer Experience Trainer to elevate our customer journey, partnering with various teams to deliver exceptional service through engaging training.

In Short

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for Customer Success Specialists and Sales Specialists.
  • Facilitate impactful learning experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Continuously refine training strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage customer insights.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on products and processes.
  • Manage and optimize knowledge base tools for internal and customer use.
  • Embrace emerging technologies and adapt to change.
  • Communicate clearly and engagingly across all organizational levels.
  • Analyze trends to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion inclusive and customer-focused cultures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales/retention with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
  • 2+ years of training experience in Sales/Retention contact centers.
  • Train the trainer experience preferred.
  • Skilled in instructional design and LMS platforms preferred.
  • Proven success in boosting results through training and coaching.
  • Familiar with tools like Five9, Zendesk, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative with experience in enhancing cross-functional operations.
