• Responsible for supporting a team of multi-line adjusters with claim resolution.
• Tasks include setting up claim files, data entry, and document management.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support or administrative role in insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, including Google Docs and Sheets.
