Overview

The primary focus is to manage complex technical projects from feasibility through closure. This position will liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements, deliverables, schedules, budgets, expectations, and quality are defined and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.

In Short

  • Manage three to five projects at a time through feasibility, planning, implementation, and closure.
  • Support high-performing global teams for Executive Business Sponsors.
  • Develop tailored project artifacts to manage scope, schedule, budget, and expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative matrixed team environment that promotes high performance.
  • Address individual or group conflicts as they arise.
  • Identify resource constraints and ensure sustainable workload.
  • Engage and manage external consultants or contractors as needed.
  • Mitigate risk and problem-solve throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Control project boundaries through change management.
  • Ensure all deliverables transition to support teams before project closure.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • PMP certification required.
  • 5+ years of experience managing moderately complex projects required.
  • Strong experience using a waterfall methodology to manage MS Project schedules.
  • Tactical understanding of Project Management Frameworks (PMBOK, ITIL).
  • Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and expectations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize while managing parallel projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
