Senior Employment Services Specialist (EEO Compliance) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Employment Services Specialist assists with implementing compliance related strategy and providing overall support to the employment services team, ensuring adherence to EEO compliance and other regulatory requirements.

• Implement compliance strategies for employment services.
• Conduct internal compliance audits related to EEO and immigration.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of experience in immigration or EEO compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management processes.
• Experience with state and federal audits preferred.
• Experience with visa sponsorship and equal opportunity compliance preferred.
