Overview

The Customer Advocacy Specialist role is primarily responsible for complaint intake, complaint management, customer phone calls, and fraud tracking, ensuring timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for customers.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
