• Provide expert support to customers, resolving issues related to Kubernetes, Linux, and Replicated products.
• Work proactively with customers to ensure successful deployment and management of applications.
• Collaborate with senior CREs and product engineers to share feedback and identify product improvements.
• Invest in personal and professional growth through courses and certifications.
• 2+ years experience with Linux system administration.
• 2+ years experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with CNCF tools and familiarity with Go is a plus.
• On-call support coverage may be required.
