Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Replicant, you will help build AI Agents and prototype customer service use-cases to win new business opportunities while working closely with the sales team.

In Short

• Work closely with the sales team to gather customer requirements
• Own the technical side of the sales process
• Identify technology trends in industry verticals
• Use visualization tools to illustrate AI Agent design and integration points
• Review and write API specifications
• Design and refine conversational AI agents
• Lead hands-on trials with prospects
• Analyze conversational data for insights and automation opportunities
• Translate findings into clear narratives for stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or similar role
• Curiosity about AI and experience with prompt engineering
• Familiarity with APIs and authentication methods
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or call centers
