Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for providing escalated technical support, offering customized solutions, and supporting both pre- and post-sales activities. The Solutions Engineer will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, industry trends, and internal processes.

In Short

  • Provide escalated technical support for complex customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and deliver thorough, solution-oriented responses.
  • Participate in customer discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Propose and tailor customized solutions and workflows aligned to customer needs and sales strategy.
  • Support pre-sales activities by joining discovery calls, demos, and scoping sessions.
  • Assist with post-sales activities including implementation support and site audits.
  • Lead or participate in advanced consulting workshops during the implementation phase.
  • Travel as needed to support on-site workshops with customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, internal processes, and industry trends.
  • Develop, maintain, and update process documentation and internal best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting solutions in the GLAM sector (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft on-premise infrastructure or applications.
