Overview

Replicant is looking for a Quality Engineer to enhance the quality of our customer-facing AI Agents through effective testing and quality checks.

In Short

• Work with a fully remote, cross-functional agile team.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure product quality.
• Create acceptance criteria based on conversational designs.
• Document and track issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Triage customer defects using RocketLane.
• Participate in team meetings and drive quality initiatives.
• May involve creating automated tests for services.
• Support testing efforts outside the AI Agents team.
