Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

Replicant is seeking a Finance Manager to help execute and scale our core financial process, reviewing and analyzing key results for monthly forecasts and budgeting.

In Short

• Own and improve monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in long-range planning and scenario modeling.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Reconcile data across systems and work cross-functionally.
• Support quarterly board materials and monthly executive reporting.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools is a plus.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
