Overview

The Data Services Associate plays a key role in supporting high-quality survey data delivery, ensuring accurate and reliable datasets for client-facing teams.

In Short

Execute data validation, cleaning, and processing tasks.
Review survey responses for clarity and consistency.
Write and run scripts for testing survey programming logic.
Analyze data trends and identify quality issues.
Build and restructure large datasets for deliverables.
Recommend process improvements for data workflows.
1+ years of experience with large datasets.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proactive and detail-oriented attributes.

Requirements

Experience in research, analytics, or operations.
Familiarity with Generative AI platforms.
Bonus skills in survey scripting and basic programming.
