Lab Services Associate - Remote

Overview

The Lab Services Associate supports biology and chemistry labs by performing equipment maintenance, routine lab upkeep, and managing supplies to ensure a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

In Short

• Perform routine lab maintenance and equipment preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe lab environment.
• Manage shipping and receiving duties following regulations.
• Support inventory management and supply chain consultations.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
• Assist in lab services operations as needed.
• Maintain chemical inventory and reagent management systems.
• Comply with JLL and BMS policies and procedures.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Engage in physical tasks related to lab maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CMMS and inventory tracking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Team player committed to customer service.
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials.
