  • Maintain records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to documentation and help center content.
  • Manage multiple support cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and help desk systems preferred.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role (preferably in SaaS or B2B software).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or customer success platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with data tools or analytics platforms is a plus.
