The Customer Support Specialist - APAC will provide exceptional support to customers across multiple channels, helping them optimize their use of WhatsApp for marketing and messaging automation.

  • Support marketing efforts through performance messaging solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support roles.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp API is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Experience in marketing automation is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
