  • Provide consultations on Cloud, Hosting, and AI products.
  • Resolve technical issues by collecting diagnostics and forwarding to higher support levels.
  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience required.
  • Good networking knowledge and understanding of hardware/software diagnostics.
  • English level B2 or higher is necessary.
  • Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick learning skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Understanding of hardware/software diagnostics.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Organized and a team player.
  • Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting is a plus.
  • Experience with Linux and API is a bonus.
