In Short

• Supervise and mentor field service technicians and support staff.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technicians.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and dispatching.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery.
• Address on-the-ground issues quickly and effectively.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze service data to identify trends for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to adopt new tools.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in field service operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of field service workflows.
• Familiarity with battery energy storage systems or EV technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues effectively.
• Skilled in identifying practical solutions.
