In Short

  • Support proposal generation, formatting, and editing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal sales milestone meetings (e.g., Tollgate reviews, pipeline updates, and opportunity strategy calls).
  • Track key deliverables and timelines across active opportunities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot) with opportunity details, notes, and activity tracking.
  • Email reminders and client outreach on behalf of sales team as needed.
  • Provide light client follow-up support, including scheduling, status updates, and information requests.
  • Assist senior sales leadership with reporting, presentation materials, and sales documentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams to gather inputs for proposals and sales materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or outbound sales roles.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
