Renew Home is on a mission to change how we power the world by making it easier for customers to save energy and money at home as part of the largest residential virtual power plant in North America.

In Short

• Manage company projects, internal initiatives, and business partnerships.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Create and maintain project plans to drive initiatives to milestones.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks by surfacing blockers early.
• Strengthen program management systems and communication practices.
• Plan and execute team and company offsites.
• Provide tactical support to senior leaders to keep priorities on track.
• Continuously improve workflows and introduce lightweight tools.

Requirements

• Experience in program management or related field.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion).
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
• Problem-solving skills to address blockers and risks.
