Staff Application Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Staff Application Engineer will collaborate with customers and engineering teams to define system requirements and architecture for complex integrated circuit designs, while also leading technical documentation and evaluations.

• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to define requirements.
• Create technical documentation including data sheets and application notes.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews.
• Perform silicon evaluations and document findings.
• Drive customer design integration activities.
• Support product development lifecycle and resolve early-stage failures.
• Develop automation for silicon evaluation using Python.
• Provide PCB Circuit Design and Schematics capture.
• Verify system-level models and evaluate architectural trade-offs.

Requirements

• Experience in DC/DC converters or mixed-signal integrated circuits.
• Knowledge of multi-layer, mixed-signal PCB design.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• BS or MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 3-10 years of relevant experience.
