Renergo is a startup in the field of renewable energies, specializing in the development of PV open spaces, wind power, and energy storage nationwide.

Our goal is to drive the energy transition while generating sustainable value for all stakeholders.

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for talented individuals for our decentralized team of about 15 colleagues who want to do something against climate change together with us.

In Short

• Project development of open-space PV, wind, or BESS projects up to approval or commissioning is one of your main tasks.
• You are responsible for the budget and scheduling of your projects and ensure successful project development.
• You additionally support project development in the acquisition of new projects/areas and possibly in the establishment of new business areas.
• Teamwork: You work closely with our colleagues from area acquisition and the GIS team, providing them with technical support.
• Approval procedures: You prepare applications, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with municipalities and authorities.
• The internal coordination and management of external stakeholders such as authorities, customers, etc., fall within your scope of responsibilities.
• Communication: You present projects in municipal committees and ensure transparent coordination.
• Management of external partners: You commission service providers and ensure quality and timely implementation.

Requirements

• You have completed a degree in a technical or business field or a comparable qualification, ideally in the area of renewable energies.
• You have experience in project development and project management in the field of renewable energy, i.e., open-space PV, wind energy, or battery storage.
• You have extensive knowledge in energy economic issues and the EEG.
• A structured and independent working style characterizes you.
• You are a communicative person with a friendly demeanor.
• You bring high intrinsic motivation and are eager to grow with us and advance the energy transition through your work.
