Senior Manager, GTM Finance - Remote

In Short

• Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning for Sales and Marketing.
• Build and maintain sales capacity and productivity models.
• Support pricing, deal evaluation, and other analyses.
• Strengthen forecasting rigor and improve GTM performance understanding.
• Build clear reporting on pipeline health and sales productivity.
• Support company-wide budgeting and monthly reporting.
• Contribute to board materials and company planning processes.
• Help define FP&A partnerships across the organization.
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or GTM finance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience including FP&A, Strategic Finance, and/or GTM finance.
• Direct experience supporting Sales and Marketing organizations.
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel and Google Sheets).
• Strong understanding of SaaS and sales metrics.
• Experience building headcount and capacity models.
• Strong analytical toolkit; SQL experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in high-growth startups is a plus.
