Overview

As Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in shaping customer success and satisfaction by guiding customers throughout their journey with Rencore, from pre-sales support to renewals and upselling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Experience with M365 is a plus
  • Technical affinity and knowledge
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to cultivate positive connections with customers
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
