Overview

The Customer Success Manager at GuidePoint Security will serve as a primary advocate for North Central commercial customer relations and services engagements, coordinating with project management and overseeing professional services engagements and programs.

In Short

  • Support elite/strategic accounts with professional service engagement management.
  • Produce executive-level metrics and manage SLAs.
  • Support large-scale security projects across various organizational levels.
  • Manage MSSP partner relationships and ensure performance efficiency.
  • Interface with project managers, account executives, and delivery teams.
  • Advise account team on customer roadmap items and drive sales.
  • Adhere to GuidePoint Security Core Values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence.
  • Prior experience in customer success programs for professional service firms.
  • Knowledge of commercial/vendor program management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
