Overview

As a Leave Management Analyst at Renaissance, you will support employees through critical life moments while ensuring organizational compliance, making a meaningful impact on employee wellbeing.

In Short

  • Lead and optimize leave of absence and accommodation processes under FMLA, ADA, and state/local leave laws.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership to manage sensitive leave topics.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance for integrated benefits administration.
  • Partner with third-party administrators for seamless leave management.
  • Drive development and communication of time-off and LOA programs.
  • Facilitate ADA interactive processes and educate managers on accommodations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service excellence.
  • Handle compliance activities including OSHA and Workers' Compensation reporting.
  • Be part of a dynamic team focused on process improvement and employee advocacy.
  • Work with cutting-edge benefits administration systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leave administration and benefits experience.
  • 2+ years of ADA management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of LOA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation Laws.
  • Proficiency with ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA regulations.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellence in customer service and communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
