HR Technology Analyst I - Remote

Overview

The HR Technology Analyst I will build knowledge of Renaissance's suite of people technologies, technology project life cycle, and support evaluation, implementation, enhancement, and change management for the technologies over time.

In Short

• Participate in technology projects including project planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Administer a variety of system functionalities including payroll and performance evaluation.
• Provide guidance and training on technical processes and systems.
• Support evaluation and selection of new HR technology functionality and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate across HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in HR technology-related activities involving business mergers and integrations.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in HR technology implementation and administration.
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS and HR Tech.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
