As an Analyst, Technology Support for ReSource Pro, you will provide desktop and infrastructure support for a growing US team and align efforts with overall global technology goals and strategies.
In Short
Provide support for onsite and remote users for all aspects of the computing environment.
Support China technology team in communicating and troubleshooting with ReSource Pro clients.
Manage US Helpdesk ticketing and escalate as needed.
Support local and global Technology projects aimed to improve efficiency & effectiveness.
Support the maintenance of US applications including VOIP/PBX systems and Office 365.
Oversee desktop and application updates.
Provide support to US team on how to better use existing technology services.
Educate users on how to use tools more effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Live in the Central time zone and be available to travel to the office in Groesbeck, TX as needed.
1-5 years' experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
Intermediate computer troubleshooting skill.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Organization and ability to manage many concurrent activities.
Understanding of the Windows desktop environment and common software.
Basic understanding of Windows Server administration.
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting.
