Overview

As an Analyst, Technology Support for ReSource Pro, you will provide desktop and infrastructure support for a growing US team and align efforts with overall global technology goals and strategies.

In Short

  • Provide support for onsite and remote users for all aspects of the computing environment.
  • Support China technology team in communicating and troubleshooting with ReSource Pro clients.
  • Manage US Helpdesk ticketing and escalate as needed.
  • Support local and global Technology projects aimed to improve efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Support the maintenance of US applications including VOIP/PBX systems and Office 365.
  • Oversee desktop and application updates.
  • Provide support to US team on how to better use existing technology services.
  • Educate users on how to use tools more effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Live in the Central time zone and be available to travel to the office in Groesbeck, TX as needed.
  • 1-5 years' experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
  • Intermediate computer troubleshooting skill.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Organization and ability to manage many concurrent activities.
  • Understanding of the Windows desktop environment and common software.
  • Basic understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting.
