Agile Coach - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide our organization through the adoption and optimization of Agile methodologies, ensuring practices perform as expected and leveraging feedback for continuous improvement.

In Short

• Provide guidance and support to enhance Agile skills and competencies.
• Coach and develop best practices for Product Management.
• Leverage metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Oversee Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Support varying product and engineering roles for internal and outsourced teams.
• Assess team and organizational performance to identify improvement areas.
• Facilitate progress checkpoint surveys to evaluate Agile maturity.
• Empower teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Demonstrate strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Use Agile metrics and tools to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
• Ability to coach Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Program Consultant) are a plus.
