Overview

As a Senior Account Executive, you will represent Remotebase at industry events, converting in-person connections into long-term revenue by managing the full field-sales cycle.

In Short

  • Manage 10–20 high-ROI industry events per year.
  • Source and qualify new leads through various channels.
  • Deliver tailored product pitches to key decision-makers.
  • Run discovery, proposal, and negotiation calls.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with target accounts.
  • Own a regional revenue target and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Report weekly KPIs to the CEO.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to Product & Operations.
  • Design booth and collateral for events.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews to drive account expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or account management.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry and engineering leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills for pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed.
  • Part-time availability to meet event and sales goals.
