As a Solutions Consultant at Remote, you will optimise your blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and consultative skills in a collaborative and dynamic sales team. You will play a vital role in driving our success by working directly with prospective and active clients, understanding their unique challenges, and delivering tailored and value-based solution proposals that meet their specific needs.

In Short

• Partner closely with Account Executives in the sales team to help understand and address customer business goals and requirements
• Develop a deep understanding of Remote's product offerings and technical capabilities
• Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers, exploring their technical and business challenges
• Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, demonstrating thought leadership and industry expertise
• Your impact on revenue acquisition and deal size is important
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience
• Keep up to date with industry trends and challenges faced by customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years solutions consulting experience in HRtech, fintech or software/technology industry
• Familiarity with distributed employment models and global payroll is a plus
• Proven ability to employ consultative techniques to understand client needs
• Strong sales acumen and understanding of sales cycles
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to analyse software solutions
• Team player, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for remote work and a global outlook preferred
• Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
