• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll management.
• Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineers.
• Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings and compliance.
• Ensure data integrity and quality in payroll processing.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
• Implement and improve payroll processes.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists.
• Work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficient in software tools like SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
