Senior Product Manager, Employee Lifecycle - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global HR space as our Senior Product Manager for Employee Lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for features encompassing all HR-related events after an employee is hired onboarded, including probation management, job changes, and employment agreement amendments. You will also be responsible for expanding Remote’s capabilities around terminations and resignations.

In Short

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Employee Lifecycle team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional project management skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Engineering, and Operations.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback on HR solutions.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Stay updated with HR software market trends and emerging technologies.
• Ensure alignment with product vision and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Adapt to shifting priorities in an ambiguous environment.
• Foster ownership and proactivity within the team.
• Design compliant user experiences with Operations and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in product management or related fields.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven approach to setting and tracking goals.
• Familiarity with HR technology is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Great judgment for strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Expertise in stakeholder management.
• Experience with SQL or Metabase.
• History of managing multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to articulate and solve complex business problems.
