In Short

• Assist with advisory projects on personal income tax and social security questions for all active countries
• Determine and assess best equity options and payments
• Work with payroll department to ensure tax efficiency regarding salary packages and benefits
• Assess local tax exposures in different countries
• Help the team with any tax questions arising from clients
• Build documentation resources for recurring customer questions around tax

Requirements

• Collections professional with solid experience in a consultancy environment
• Prior experience with international taxation and financial operations
• Experience with a global law firm, Fintech or startup company
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Data driven communicator
• Professional experience working with large data sets
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
