Payroll Specialist - Latin America - Remote

• 5+ years of experience working with payroll for Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile.
• Experience with in-house payroll processing and vendor management is a plus.
• Customer-facing experience in payroll processes.
• You write and speak fluent English.

Requirements

• Process Global Payroll (GP) and EOR payrolls accurately.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data.
• Manage Zendesk ticket queue for timely responses.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll questions.
• Build relationships with payroll vendors.
• Continuously improve payroll processes.
• Ensure data integrity across payroll systems.
