  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools.
  • Good experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Cold calling and lead qualification responsibilities.
  • Support Account Executive team as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Self-starter with proactive ideas.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience in remote work is a plus.
