Managing Legal Counsel - Commercial Transactions - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global HR-tech space as Managing Legal Counsel - Commercial Transaction. We are looking for a seasoned and business-oriented commercial lawyer, ideally with technology transaction background, who is interested in helping with our team’s mission, namely: supercharging our business through the provision of excellent legal advice and implementation of solid legal processes. This role is a senior individual contributor role with no managerial responsibilities. It will be part of the Employment, Product and Commercial Legal sub-team.

In Short

• Support commercial transactions including enterprise-level partnership agreements and SaaS agreements.
• Provide legal advice to cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate and draft legal agreements.
• Collaborate with external counsel as needed.
• Develop templates and legal resources.
