International Tax Analyst, Personal Income Tax - Remote

In Short

• Assist with advisory projects on personal income tax and social security questions for all active countries.
• Determine and assess best equity options and payments.
• Work with the payroll department at determining fund flow for tax efficiency regarding salary packages and benefits.
• Assess local tax exposures in different countries from a personal income tax and social security perspective.
• Help the team with any tax questions arising from clients.
• Build documentation resources to address recurring and potential customer questions around tax.
• Collections professional with solid experience and proven performance, mainly in consultancy environments.
• Prior experience with international taxation and financial operations.
• Professional experience working with large data sets.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Experience with a global law firm, Fintech, or startup company is preferred.
• Data-driven communicator.
• It's not required to have experience working remotely, but it is considered a plus.
