The Engineering Team Leader for IAM is responsible for managing the Identity and Access Management team, ensuring optimal team dynamics and performance.

Requirements

• Experience managing an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Senior-level backend programming experience (Elixir/Phoenix).
• Knowledge of IAM-related features (RBAC, SAML/OIDC SSO, OAuth2).
