Overview

We are hiring a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver programmes that help our people grow professionally and personally. You will shape our learning culture as we scale.

In Short

  • Assess training needs across teams and design relevant learning solutions.
  • Develop e-learning content, facilitator guides, and onboarding programmes.
  • Manage the LMS and track learning completion and effectiveness.
  • Partner with managers on individual development planning.
  • Evaluate and iterate on programmes based on feedback and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of L&D or instructional design experience.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, or similar).
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a remote, distributed workforce.
  • Passion for learning and developing others.
