Sales Representative - Remote work

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Representative knowledgeable in the bidding process to join our team. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a keen understanding of the sales cycle, and the ability to prepare and submit competitive bids.

In Short

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking
• Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs
• Analyze bid specifications and requirements to ensure compliance and maximize bid potential
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for the company
• Track and report on bid status, outcomes, and sales performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for bid preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on bidding and proposal preparation
• Strong understanding of the bidding process, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
