Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. The ideal candidate must have experience using AppFolio, Buildium, and QuickBooks to manage tenant accounts, process payments, track expenses, and generate financial reports. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests.

In Short

  • Manage rental properties using AppFolio and Buildium, ensuring all tenant and property information is updated.
  • Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring compliance with local rental laws.
  • Process rent payments, late fees, and security deposits.
  • Address tenant inquiries and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track income and expenses, generate financial reports, and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate with property owners, vendors, and maintenance teams for repairs and inspections.
  • Conduct tenant screenings, background checks, and application processing.
  • Assist with property marketing efforts, including posting rental listings and scheduling property showings.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and other property management regulations.
  • Maintain organized records of leases, invoices, and financial documents.

Requirements

  • Experience in property management.
