We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Physical Therapist to join our team as a Documentation Review Specialist. This role involves reviewing therapy documentation for Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in PT, OT, or Speech Therapy.
• Strong understanding of therapy documentation requirements.
• Excellent analytical and review skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with compliance audits is a plus.
