Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in PT, OT, or Speech Therapy
• Strong understanding of therapy documentation requirements
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in EMR systems
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with audits and compliance is a plus
