  • Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to healthcare privacy regulations.
  • Assist with medical billing, claims processing, and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in medical administrative support or patient intake coordination.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and healthcare scheduling software.
  • Background in medical billing and insurance verification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a remote healthcare support role preferred.
