Architectural Drafter - Remote

Overview

As an Architectural Drafter, you will support the development of custom projects by translating concepts into clear, detailed technical drawings, working closely with architects and engineers.

In Short

• Produce technical drawings using CAD and Revit for residential and commercial projects.
• Translate initial design concepts into precise architectural documents.
• Review project concepts and apply reusable components from past projects.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to make model or detail adjustments.
• Work on 1–2 primary projects at a time.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone.
• Apply and follow building codes, especially the IBC.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all drawing sets.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and self-managed.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CAD and Revit.
• Understanding of building codes.
• Strong communication skills.
