Architectural Designer - Remote

Overview

This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of a licensed architect.

In Short

• Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction documents for commercial facilities.
• Performing 3-D modeling & rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-Up, & Enscape.
• BIM coordination with engineers and consultants.
• Developing & construction documents; conducting materials & code research.
• Completing schematic design, design development & construction document drawings.
• Preparing architectural presentations for clients using Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
• Must have 3 years’ experience in coordinating architecture project development.
• Experience in performing 3-D modeling & rendering with relevant software.
• Experience in BIM coordination with engineers and consultants.
• Ability to develop construction documents and conduct materials & code research.
• Experience in completing schematic design and construction document drawings.
• Proficiency in preparing architectural presentations for clients.
