In Short

• Design new clinics from pre-design to project completion.
• Lead the on-going development of design standards.
• Prepare scale drawings or architectural designs, using computer-aided design or other tools.
• Develop construction plans, including aesthetic and construction details.
• Review and approve consultant drawings from schematic through construction documents.
• Ensure clear communication between in-house architectural team and contracted vendors.
• Inspect proposed building sites to assess suitability for construction.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor installation during construction.
• Manage permitting of construction and signage with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Specify and procure furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Architecture or its foreign equivalent.
• Two years experience as an Architectural Designer or Architectural Design Intern.
• Special Skills: Two years experience with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT, 3D Modeling, Architectural Drawing, and Construction Documentation.
